Description
Some times it is necessary to provide access to a file to someone who is not a regular user of the file (e.g. Sue needing to access the company presentation)
In this case, the Department Owner or an Admin must be able to share the document for a limited time.
If the access need is permanent, the Access group should be modified to include the person.

Final documents can be shared with external users by the admin and the document owner (in the future, the department owner). They can also control and revoke access to the document at any time. If permanent access to a document is needed for specific users within the accessibility scope (access group), those users can also be added to the access group. Then this already ok.

Final documents can share with outside users with limited time or without limit time along with any permissions we want(Read only, edit, can't download, full control and etc..) // This is only way to share documents with outside users Access group modification not work for final documents(Add user to document access group) /// alternately we can do share with outside users without limit time

If we need to modify access group, related teams group should be update with new user. Adding new user to access group directly is not working.
