Currently, if we need to change the accessibility scope of final documents (in the future, the access group), there is no available method. If we attempt to do so, the document status changes back to 'Draft'. A solution for this needs to be found.

If we change access group for final documents it not affect for the document /// now we can change access group for final document in properties form but its only property change(visible in access group column of document as new changed one) If we need to actually change access group we have to go manage access for specific document and remove previous access group from the groups and add new access group for that

In manage access section in each document we should add related teams group for access group if we want to change access group and should remove previous teams group access. Example if we need to change access group IT ALL -> ELSTEEL ALL, first we need to remove IT ALL teams group from manage access, then should add ELSTEEL ALL teams group. After that in properties form admin can change access group to "ELSTEEL ALL" for change access group column in documents view.

Should find a way to combine two processes in one flow.
