Description
These is the initial proposal:
- Use full words and avoid abbreviations.
- Only allowed abbreviations are SL, IN, DK, PL
- By default department names will be used for the group containing all the department employees
- Only “+” is allowed as a special character

If we change accessibility scope to access group all the flows related to accessibility scope should be change(have to put access group in every location)

The new naming conventions for access groups should be updated in the Elsteel library.
