Description
Some times you need to upload a file with a different extension as the previous revision, and in this case the filenames won't be the same so the system won't realize that this is in fact a new revision.
For this reason, we need a way modify the revision number along with the rest of the properties.

The Elsteel Library manual should include new instructions on how to clear the properties of a selected document and how run flow to increase revision number.

When we upload a file with the same name but a different extension (for example, Wi-Fi Usage Policy [rev.0].docx and Wi-Fi Usage Policy [rev.0].dotx), the system does not treat them as two separate documents. Because of this, both files share the same revision number instead of having their own. To correct this, you need to select the document and run the “Documents – 10. Clear Properties” flow so that the new file gets its own revision number.
